I have a quick question. If I accept a promotion three month for 0.99 and then I want to connect to Student premium. Is this possible to do or not?

It's possible. Get the 3 month promo, and when it ends, apply for the Student Premium.

Just remember that the 3 month offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
