Subscription Renew

Hello there, I recently just renew my subscription before the due date which is 11/10/16. And canceled my subscription after I renewed it. It says that my subscription will end on 11/10/16. But I have just renewed and payed $12.99 before the due date. So why would my subscription will end on 11/10/16 if I just payed and renewed it?

I'd suggest to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.

I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
