Subscription cancellation issues.

First of all I have sent two contact us support forms and haven't received any sort of reply let alone a confirmation email.

GET ON THE BALL!!!!

My issue is that I want to cancel my subsciption. Here's where it gets tricky. I have none of the information or the phone. Just MY paypal attached to MY bank account. that email is jacob.business88@gmail.com which isnt this account, my facebook account, or the email used to log into the account i wish to cancel.
