Subscription cancelled, but still getting charged!

Subscription cancelled, but still getting charged!

I cancelled my subscription the day before I was to be charged for the next month, and somehow I get charged and i still have my subscription. I know I cancelled it because I went through the process of cancelling it and it showed up as being cancelled when I looked after. I don't want this months subscription and I certainly don't want to pay for it since i'm not going to use it.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you solve this problem

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
