I came to the trial of three months for $ 0.99 but finished and charged the $ 10.49 a month, then I canceled the subscription premium but now I can not hear my music off line ... and the payment was already made ... my money will be returned

Welcome to the community :)

I appologise for any misunderstanding, but if you cancel your premium subscription you are unable to listen to music offline :(

You need an active premium account to listen to songs offline :)

but I already paid in August and I have not the service off line !! What happens? because to activate a new premium payment is necessary ?? this is incredible

if you have already paid for august you should still get what you paid for :)

Did you get your money back or did you get to finish your month?
