Subscription fee deducted from Visa, not getting Premium

Subscription fee deducted from Visa, not getting Premium

Today Spotify withdraw money from my bankaccount for my Spotify sub. But I'm not getting Premium? Have tried logging in/out, re-instaling. Did ont getting any receipt either. Spotify f**king sucks....

Nope, it is not pending. It is money gone.

Nope, already checked, the latest receipt there is from March. Have had Premium running every month after that.
