Subscription mix up

I have a subscription to spotify but when I log in it tells me I don't but when I log in on the website it says I do have a subscription.I use spotify on my ipad and I usually sign in via Facebook.

When you log in on the website, are you logging in using a Spotify username and password or using your Facebook details? 

If you log in normally using a Spotify username and password, try using those details on your device.

If you normally log in using Facebook, I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
