Subscription not working

My subscription got paused and now I have spotify free. I've been trying to renew my subscription for two days but nothing happens, I've tried with 4 different credit cards and none of them seem to work here, even though they do have funds. Whenever I try to pay the message "having a bad day" pops up. Would be thankful for support.
