Subscription- payments

Hi I pay month by Direct Debit on the 14th of each month there abouts. I've realised today that the payment has'nt left my account today and it's saying i'm on free spotify and to upgrade! nothing has changed so why have my payments stopped?

Sounds like somehow your subscription got canceled and you'll need to subscribe again. I'll ask the team to look backstage and find out what exactly happened.

One more thing - can you try to log in with your username and password instead of using the Log in with Facebook button?

Arghhhhhhh I've done this and it's deleted EVERYTHING so I signed in again by Facebook and still gone 😢😢😢😢😢😢!!!! Still no payment taken and now everything is gone!!! What now? ?!??!?!?!
