I'm paying thru iTunes and I still was downgraded to free account. I'm paid until October 26 acording to iTunes. I only have 1 account in spotify. Nothing has changed for many months in iTunes. So I have a receipt from iTunes that I made a payment but spotify said that my payment didn't go thru. Please help. No number to call and fix this.
If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can see if they can refund you. Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
