Subscription set to expire on May 20th, was charged on the 19th instead.

Hello all,

 

As title suggested, I was going to cancel the subscription before finding out that I was charged for next month subscription today (May 19th) even though it is set to expire on the 20th. As much as I love Spotify, I want to ask what is the fastest way to reach customer support and solve this out beside support request? I'm not looking for another month of premium and might have to open a dispute if worse comes to worst.

Update: Customer support replied to my ticket 30 minutes after I sent it and a refund was issued, kudos to amazing service.
