Subscription showing as Free but iTunes sent me a receipt showing successful payment

My subscription is currently showing as FREE but iTunes have sent me a receipt showing that my Spotify payment was successful for this month. I've checked in the App Store and my subscription is current and due to renew on 06 August 2016. Can you please tell me why I'm not receiving premium?

Check the status of your subscription here:
 
 
If it appears as Free, the payment probably didn't go through on Spotify's side.

Okay so it says FREE when I click that link.
How do I get premium back without entering my credit card details again?
