Subscription to premium isnt working properly

I signed up to premium and i payed through MOL points, but my account still says im a free user not a premium user, i tried logging in and out of my account and even trying to log in with facebook too, and i still didnt upgrade to premium even though i payed for it and i have a electronic reciept as proof

It's not cool that this happens. But if you're sure the payment was successful, most likely you have a second Free account.
