Subscription trial problems

I signed up for spotify premium thinkning that I would be getting the 90 day free trial followed by a 9.99 per month service. I never got my free trial and was charged 11.99 per month right away. 

How can I go about starting premium again with my trial? I would like to sign up but I want the offer I originally thought I was getting!!!

I signed up for a 90 day trial for 99 cents a month and now you just charged me 14.99. Please put that money back in my bank account and cancel my subscription now. This is not what I agreed on. Do it now I will never use Spotify again. You got it. GOOD
