Subscription was normal, then I got family and it didn't work!

Subscription was normal, then I got family and it didn't work!

So I used to be subscribed normally by myself and then my family and I wanted to get the family premium so we did. Then something odd happened, we pay like normal and for some reason I have been transferred back to a normal free account. I have been sent the invitation again and have tried re-joining the family premium but after entering all the details it says I have already been subscribed twice in the past 12 months.

 

What can I do to get back to family premium?
