Subscription won't cancel so I was billed a month that I didn't want to get charged

Hey, I was wondering if you are able to cancel my subscription and put the 10 dollars back on my card because today I was billed and I tried unsubscribing quit a few times and it didn't work I guess

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will help you with a refund within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
