Why do I keep being charged by Spotify if I changed my subscription to free? I would like to talk to a representative to cancel my account and dispute the charges.

You can contact spotify on twitter @spotifycares sadly that is basically your only option and they will respond within a day or two

Is there another way to contact them. I don't have twitter, and I would like to talk in person. I'm not impressed with their customer service at this point.

Sorry to say but twitter is the best option.
