I have already applied for the regular price Premium account, but I would like to take advantage of the discounted college option for I am a college student. I am afraid to fill in my payment info for that though as I may be charged for the subscription I am currently paying plus the college one on top of that. Is there a way I can go around being incorrectly charged?

If you go to https://spotify.com/student and follow the steps there, then the student discount will be applied at the next billing date.
