I signed up with rogers and they have me a year subscription premium for free. I currently subscribe to premium now and pay for it. How do i cancel the one i currently pay for and switch to rogers one?

You can head here to cancel your current subscription. Then wait until your account goes back to Free. That's when you can contact Rogers to resubscribe for Premium.
