I cant complete payment because the mobile carrier is not sending me the PIN. I've already canceled previous subscription (promo) but it still doesnt work. Is there a step that i failed to do?

Re : Individual plan swap to family plan

since I joined the individual plan and prepaid for 3 months in advance, I would change my mind to swap to family plan with immediate effect. I would ask how I can do so,  the pro-rata payment applied for respective plans and how I made the balance of the rest monthly fee. Please revert.
