I upgraded to premium but when i go to my spotify app it says i still have the free spotify and wont let me play my music freely

You should have received an email confirmation receipt of your purchase from Spotify, could you double-check the username included in the email and make sure you're logging in with the correct information? (A 10-digit number as a username indicates that you need to log in through Facebook.)

I need to either cancel it or find out why i have two accounts. On the app i always log in using facebook. I need someone to look into the accounts and see what happened so i can listen to my music. This is very irritating and im almost to the point of doing away with spotify because this has been such an issue

Very odd. Don't worry, Spotify support can help switch the subscription over to the correct account. If you contact them and provide the details of both accounts, they can take a look backstage and help out. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

Unfortunately, there is no help line to call, but I have contacted support myself a few times and have always received a timely and helpful response from them.
