I recently upgraded to a 60-day trial of the Premium version of Spotify. However, on my phone it won't play the music because I'm "not subscribed to Spotify." Also, I got their confirmation receipt upon typing in my credit card information and making a payment for "0.00," since, after all, it is a trial. In addition, under the Subscriptions tab of my profile, I clicked receipts to see if my trial was active, and it did indeed include my recent trial upgrade. However, I go back to look at that, and it's not there anymore. What could be the issue?

Hello!

 

So when you log here does it say "You are registered for Spotify Premium until (date). After this period your account will become a Spotify Free account." ?
