Sudden Login Failure - All Playlists GONE!

So yesterday I tried to use Spotify, and my username and password weren't recognized. I hadn't logged out (I always stay logged in), but my info kept getting rejected. This suddenly happened on all of my devices (iPhone, etc) yesterday. I tried to reset my password, but Spotify is not even recognizing my username anymore!

I know something fishy is going on because I experienced the login failure SIMULTANEOUSLY on all of my devices, even though I hadn't logged out of my account on any of my devices.

Before you ask, I will say that I also have a separate account created through my Facebook login info, but I rarely use it. So I logged in with my Facebook info, but since it's an account I rarely use I have virtually no music on that profile.

The profile for the account I have been using for a year now, and all the playlists I have invested so much time creating, is GONE.

This is crazy! How can this happen?

HUGE problem with Spotify if something like this can happen. Maybe a lesson to just buy your music, store it on your device and back it up. I feel like I've just wasted so many hours trying to create playlists that are now gone forever.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them 🙂
