Sudden login problem

Hi there,

Hope for some help, thanks in advance.

The problem I'm experiencing happened suddenly after 3 weeks of not using spotify online (was using offline playlist during that time). I'm a premium user, was away and when I finally got online, the spotify prompted me with a login error and I can no longer access my account through any means, on 2 devices, nor the web page.

If I reset password using my username, it says, something was sent to my email, but nothing is received. If use my email, it says it's unknown, yet if I try to open new account with this email, it says it is taken.

How do I cancel my subscription if I can't access my account?

My playlists are also gone.
