Hey all,
i bought 3 days ago a 10€ Spotify Card and used it to get 1 Month Premium.
Now, 3 days later, my account suddenly changed into Free 😞
How can i get Premium back?

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?
If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application.
If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Its to 100% my Facebook acc., because i didnt gave spotify my account picture from Facebook. In Google CHrome its shown as a spotify free account.
Worked like a charm was using the wrong account, while I use FB to login i use a different account for premium. Simply had to login with that account and viola!
I tried all, but it doesnt work. Its 100% the same acc. I checked ALL.
Has someone an idea? Maybe its a fail from Spotify?

Hi Ztirom, mind posting a screenshot of the free account you're seeing in Google Chrome?
The account linked to this Community profile is on Premium and is linked to your Facebook.
You're using the exact same email and password as you use on Facebook?
@ meredith, i used one more 10€ Card to get this Premium. My first premium was just 3 days instead of 1 month

Hi @Ztirom I've just edited your post--please don't post secure info such as order details on the Community.
In order for further help with those orders you'll need to go to our contact form. However, you still should see Premium on your account when you sign in.
Could you please post a screenshot of your account when you sign in and get a Free account?
