Suddenly got a new blanco account

I'm using spotify for about a year, but then Spotify created a 'new' account for me, without asking for it. My new account is just blanco, without playlists, favourites and followers. I can't login to my old account, which still has al the lists and so on, because it has the same username and password as my new account. I do can see my old account by clicking at my old followers, but it has no picture anymore and the username is a number. Does anybody know how I get to my old account again??

I sent lots of E-mails to the support, but I always get the automated email reply

Just get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.

I take it that you already emailed the customer services team. Have you received an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages? If the answer is yes, did you reply directly to that message? You should get your response within 48 hours after sending a ticket under normal circumstances.
