Suddenly out of premium account

What the F.... spotify?! Listening for years and years and suddenly without any notice you kick me out of my beloved premium account?! Why, what did I do to make you do such a thing.... Really guys....

That definitely doesn't sound right! I completely understand that it's frustrating to lose access to your Premium account. Not to worry, help's here! 🙂 Could you send over a screenshot of your subscription status on your account page? Also, just to make sure, are you on Spotify Premium, Premium for Family or Premium with student discount? Let me know how you get on! 🙂

Thank you for responding so fast! It really really sucks not to have my
music. I guess I know now why it happened, but the way it suddenly did I
find quite frustrating I changed banks a while ago and apperently something
went wrong with transferring the payment. Afcourse without payment no
premium I dig that, but just one worning would be kind! I payed manually
imediately yesterday and I hope I won't loose my music...
