Hi everybody,
I've got a familiar plan since almost on year since now.
Today i went to listen to spotify and i was unlogged (i was surprised, i didn't logged out at any moment).
Tried to log in with my email but was not possible, so i reset my password. Did it again and still unavailabe to log in, finally i logged in by username instead email.
I was shocked cause my songs and playlists went away and looks like i'm free user now. My partner still have the premium familiar access, but not me.
I was wondering that might be i had an a free account with my username, but created the familiar plan with my email some time after.
Tried to uninstall the app but the problem still goes on.
Does anyone can help me?
