Support calls are ignored :(

I have a problem with a duplicate account created automaticly. This is the case since feb 7. I filed 5 support calls since then but my problem is still not solved. Got emails saying "we are working on it" and "Your account is now fixed". Replying to those emails got me nowhere, they were simply ignored. My fourth support call itself was also ignored (filed march 8 and till today no answer).

Just filed my fifth support call and hope someone will help me. @Spotify staff: can you please please help he?
