Now why is it impossible for me to return a query through 'normal channels'. I was charged on my creditcard imediately after initiating my trial period AND I HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING YOUR SUPPORT. How can you (legally!) charge users and then fail to have an interface for them to direct queries concerning said charge???!!!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to get that sorted out or refunded for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
