When I signed up for Spotify, it was through the phone app that gave me 7 days Trial. That was on January 13th. Then I got an email for 30 Days Trial and I signed up for that because I found that I liked Spotify. I'm pretty sure I gave my bank account details then as well, so I thought it would just automaticaly deduct the subscription fees from my account as I've experienced with other similar services. What a surprise it is when I tried to listen to some music today (February 3rd) only to find that my free subsricption ended prematurely. I wasn't really angry about it, so I figured I would just sign up for Premium subscription because I liked using Spotify. I wanted the single Premium Subscription for MYR 15.00, but no matter which subscription link I go to, it keeps leading me to the family one. I. Do. Not. Want. The. darn. Family. Subcription. One of the main reasons I chose to try out this service is because it's so much more reasonable than other services. Please. Do fix this.
