My Question or Issue

 I subscribed premium using the same email through PayPal but still on free account. I tried logging out and back in as well as restarting the phone. How can i resolve my issue?

Hey @sbgn-wo_acqzl.

 

Let's check if you have multiple Spotify accounts following these suggestions. You could be logging in to the wrong account.

 

If you only have one account but can't use the Premium subscription, try reinstalling Spotify on your device to see if it helps.
