Hello everyone! 

So I received an email on April 6 saying my acc was suspended for unauthorized use. Now, I think it was a mistake because I honestly just use spotify to make playlists and listen to them, as normal. I had that acc for 3 years or more and I've tried to contact the costumers support

They're not helping, they just say I will receive an email soon and it doesn't happen. I've tried everything and I'm not happy about this situation because I think I deserve an explanation about what happened. 


Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks for coming to the Community.


Since we (the Community) don't have any backstage access, I recommend reaching out to Spotify's Customer Support team one more time, so that they'll be able to take another look at it.

I already tried that, I've been trying to get more info about my case but they're not doing anything about it, it's been 5 months!!!
