Switch account to just email

I opened my premium Spotify account with my Facebook account. Now I want to deactivate my Facebook account but then I can't play my music or log in unless it opens my Facebook account, which I don't want. How do I set up another email to my spotify account without losing all my music or cancling my Spotify account? Can anyone help?

Hi there,

You can get in touch with Spotify in their Contact form and request to release your email address, so you can get started with a new one that's not linked to Facebook.

You can even ask them to transfer your tunes to your new account 🙂
