Switched from Student to Family premium

Switched from Student to Family premium

Recently I switched my Spotify account from my student premium subscription to my family's premium subscription, and now I'm unable to use premium benefits on my phone. When I skip too many songs, for example, it tells me I've "discovered a premium feature" and to purchase a premium subscription, which I already have. How do I fix this?

Have you tried to logout from your account and log back in? Sometimes this fixes it, have had this exact problem when I upgraded to Premium. 

Yes, I've tried logging out and logging in a few different times, but haven't had any luck. When I log in and look at my "account" and "subscription" pages it says I have premium but I'm not getting any of the premium benefits/features. 

Hm okay that's wierd, have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it? If that doesn't work you should contact the Spotify Support (you can do it here: Spotify Support) or contact them via Twitter
