Switched to a family plan a couple days after my individual premium subscription was charged

Switched to a family plan a couple days after my individual premium subscription was charged

I recently switched to a family plan a couple days after my individual premium subscription was charged.  I switched to family plan on 9/29/16, but my account was charged for an additional month of an individual premium subscription on 9/27/16. 

 

I attempted to contact Spotify support regarding getting reimbursed for this individual premium subscription charge but I never received any response.

 

Help!   I want my $10 back.

Hey @robertsonamy93,

 

If you paid on the 27th, on the 29th, when you switched to Family, your remaining time on the deal should've gotten converted to Family Premium, which should bring your renewal date forward. No new charge should happen.

 

You should login to your Account Settings and check your receipts to confirm it.
