I had a Spotify account that I created with my Facebook account. I deactivated my Facebook account and could no longer get onto my Spotify account, so I made a new Spotify account. But I had premium on my old account and I seem to still be getting charged for it. How do I stop getting charged for my old account or switch the premium subscription to my new account?!

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
