Switching Family Plans

I was in a Family Plan a few months ago, but now I'm in another Family Plan with another administrator. In the list of members of this new family plan is the name of the administrator of the last plan that I was instead of my name. Why is that happening? Is my account but is not my name that is showing. How can I change it?

I don’t know why but the name in my Spotify account is the name of the administrator of a Family Plan that I’m no longer part of.
