Hi

I now have a Spotify Premium account included with my mobile phone subscription.

They are saying I need to cancel my existing account, but I dont want to lose my playlists and history - do I need to do this? How can I keep everything, including my user name

Thanks for reaching out.

 

They most likely want you to cancel your existing subscription first 🙂 I doubt they're talking about closing the account.
