Switching from Premium account to student account

can the payment from the premium account be transferred to the student account?
i recently knew that i haven't renewed my student plan in spotify, however, it already deducted the premium amount on my card 2 days ago. Now, i applied for student account again, and i want to know if the payment can be transferred to my student account?

I believe it's not possible to transfer any time from a higher plan to a cheaper one, but if you subscribe to Premium Student again, your next payment will be at the discounted rate 🙂
