Switching from Telekom

I am switching providers in Germany. New provider has no Spotify. Want to keep my lists and go to a Spotify account. How does this work?

Hey @erock_germany,

You just need to continue using your existing account. The only thing that changes is that offline music will be removed from your devices because your account's plan changes back to Free.

You will then be able to subscribe to Premium at https://spotify.com/premium.
