my daughter has a premium account which she is very protective of! i have recently started a family premium account and obviously its cheaper for her to be part of that
i just want to check she wont lose any music and it will be a seamless transition for her to join the family account as any saving in money wont be worth the repercussions if she loses her music!

Don't worry, if your daughter joins the Family plan she won't lose her music.

If your daughter subscribed to Premium through spotify.com her subscription will be paused when she joins the plan, if she subscribed via phone carrier she'll need to contact them to pause her subscription before joining the plan.

i have a similar question and just want to double confirm - i just switched to a family plan, but had an individual premium account before. under "Settings" on the phone app, it still says in my Account that I am "Premium" but on desktop, it says I am Premium for Family and need to contact the owner to handle the payment. How can I confirm that i will not be charged individually now?
