How do i switch back to online when im logged out of the app?

Could you give me a little more detail of the problem please? If you're logged out of the Spotify app, you will need to log in again to appear online.

When I try to log into the app it says I need to switch to online and it has 2 options to click, cancel or connect. So I'll click connect and it just goes to a black screen. And if I try to go back, it just takes me back to the app's login screen.

Quick question - which device are you using? Apple/Android?
