Synchronization of basic accounts, with educational account

My idea was born from the need that there are users with two accounts, for example:**bleep** without a Spotify Premium subscription,**bleep** with a Spotify Premium subscription, and these users do not want to lose the data from the previous account, so I would like you to evaluate if you can implement this synchronization between accounts just so that the user's information is not lost, since it is the same user with two accounts, one with premium may be due to the benefit of the low cost for being a student and does not want to lose the playback history so that you can see the Spotify recap at the end of the year.

Thanks for reaching out. We've moved your post here where it better fits.

There really isn't much point to having more than one than one Spotify account so such a feature doesn't really make sense. The best practice is to have everything in one place and splitting up the subscription and the library only creates possibilities of confusion and account mixup. If you have two accounts, we strongly suggest combining them and only using one. Our support team can help with that by transferring data and playlists between accounts.

Also, there is no such thing as an "educational account". If you're an accredited Student, you can get a discount on the regular Premium price for up to 4 years, everything else is the same as on any Premium account. Spotify is intended for personal use only so it's not exactly clear what you mean by this term. Use of Spotify in schools and other educational environments is not allowed as per our Terms of Service.
