Synchronizing songs for offline mode

I have some songs on my playlists that I want to synchronize for offline useage (I have a Premium account). However, I would like to know, how much space will this take on my hard drive, and how many songs can I synchronize onto my computer?

I can't tell you exactly how much space it will take up, as it depends on the song. Regarding the amount of songs, you will be able to make 3,333 tunes 'Available Offline'. Not 3,334. I've tried.
