Syncing to facebook problem

I was logging into an account on my phone and may have un-synced my facebook account and synced it to a different account. I don't really know what happened, but my old profile that I want back is user 129211685. I don't know if its been de-activated or something, but I would like my playlists and subscriptions back. Whether they be transferred or if I could just use my other account, that'd be great.
