TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!!

I have contacted Spotify to help with an issue of restoring lost playlists. I was told to create a new account and they would restore the 4 playlists they can see I should have. I have created YET ANOTHER account with a 30 day free trial of Premium (I am not prepared to subscribe again until this issue is resolved), and yet I still have no playlists. Getting more and more frustrated as this issue has been going on for almost 3 weeks.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

Yes I have but it says that I haven't deleted any playlists. I'm assuming this is because I was told to create a new account
