Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community!

 

First, it's always good to make sure that you're entering the correct email address and password combination. You can check which email is currently linked to your account on your account page

 

If you're certain of your log in details, and you still can't log in, try the following:

  • Open the Spotify app on your phone or tablet, and find your device using Spotify Connect
  • Select LOG IN WITH PIN. Then on another device, go to www.spotify.com/pair and enter the pin you see on your screen

If none of the options work, make sure your TV is running the latest firmware update and that it is connected to the internet.

My username and password is not recognized on my Android box but it works fine on my Android telephone and on my windows 10 laptop
