Me encuentro en Estados Unidos y quiero comprar una tarjeta de regalo para un amigo en Ecuador. Si la compro en el sitio de EU y él la quiere activar usando el sitio de Ecuador, ¿no habrá ningún problema?

Right now, a gift card can only be redeemed if the account matches the country where it was purchased. In this case, buying the card in the USA won't allow your friend to redeem it in Ecuador.

You could still send the money for the gift card to your friend so he can buy it in Ecuador.
