Since 1. September i moved my Spotify Account to the German Telekom .
But in September and Oktober Spotify takes Money from my Paypal Account too .
Thats not correct .
There is no Service Hotline or something else on Spotify Website ?
Can someone Help me ?

The chesterrush account is on your partner subscription and has not received any funds from Paypal since August. Could you let me know your last invoice ID from Paypal? I will be able then be able to see where the payment went.

The other account is called woidl49 - have you been paying for a relation's account?
woidl49 should be an free Account .
It is not neccessary to have there an Premium Account .
How can i disable it ?

The woidl49 account is now on the Free service, the last payment was taken on the 24th October. I have removed the payment details and you should not be charged for that account again.
